Five Months

On Saturday the 25th of July, Giselle turned five months old.


She is now 24 3/4 inches long.


And weighs 12 pounds 8 ounces.


She has been very active and "talkative", getting quite the personality.


Saying goodbye to Nanny has become a regular experience, but this time she is off to France, Bon Voyage.

Infant Pool

Because she loved the pool so much, I got her a little infant pool, could resist choosing the Turtle.

Got out only after she turned all prunne.

Day at the Pool

First time in a pool.


Definitely going to be a favorite in her book.


The water was freezing, but she whined to get back in when we took her out.


When her lips were purple, there was no more arguing. She got out and warmed up in the sun with Shayne & Bryan.


And finished her first day at the pool snuggling with Daddy.

FOOD!!

July 8th, I gave her a teething biscuit, she loved it...


She tore it up!


Today, July 13th she had her first food, an organic baby cereal.


She loved it too!


Concentrating on getting the food to her mouth.


Mouth full of goodness.


She would open her mouth to the bites coming her way.


Finished the entire bowl.


And was hungry for more.
We need a highchair fast!!

Pray for me

Please pray for Giselle, these past few nights she has been crying a lot in here sleep from bad dreams, pray that she can start sleeping well without them.

A story of a rose

There once was a pretty rose...

beloved by a beautiful girl.

One fine day she picked the rose, and smelled its fragrance...

tasted of its goodness...

and saw that it was good enough.

Four Months

At four months she is still tiny and beautiful.

Roselle Park

Her first swing ride ever, I think she loved it.

I think she may have been more excited about being able to sit up than the swing itself.

Cuddle time, we'd be out there every day if it wasn't so hot!

We found a friend for Giselle, her name is Evelyn and she is 5 months old. Maybe we'll get some pictures of them together sometime.

Personality

Her personality is really starting to show. She's been getting more demanding and sensitive if people don't pay her enough attention.

Loves standing, she holds her weight very well.

A moment of sensitivity, she wanted to be held and when I put her down so was so offended she cried. She gets angry (red) eyebrows when she does her offended cry.
